If you’re not satisfied with your Dink Master and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. Our team will assess the situation to determine eligibility for a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund accordingly.
