Need to make changes to your shipping details? This article explains how to update your address, add instructions, or adjust your shipping method after placing an order.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us at [email protected] immediately with the updated address, and we’ll do our best to make the change.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible! Contact us at [email protected] If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. If it’s already in transit, we’ll assist you in redirecting the package, if possible.

Can I add special delivery instructions to my order?
While placing your order, you can include special instructions in the notes section. If you’ve already placed your order, contact us, and we’ll update the instructions if the package hasn’t shipped yet.

Is it possible to change the shipping method after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, we only use standard shipping method at this time. 

Can I redirect my package to a different address while it’s in transit?
Contact us, and we’ll try to coordinate with the carrier to redirect your package. Additional fees may apply and this has no guarantee.
