  1. Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

  2. How do I cancel my order before it ships?
    To cancel your order, email us at [email protected] or use the contact form on our website. Be sure to include your order number for a quicker resolution.

  3. Will I be refunded immediately if I cancel my order?
    Once your cancellation is processed, we’ll initiate your refund immediately. However, it may take 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

  4. Can I cancel part of my order instead of the whole thing?
    Yes, partial cancellations are possible if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please specify the item(s) you wish to cancel when contacting us, and we’ll adjust your order accordingly.

  5. What happens if my order is already shipped but I want to cancel it?
    If your order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return the item(s) after delivery following our return policy. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
