What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo or video showing the damage.

Can I return or exchange an item that arrived broken?
Yes! Damaged items are eligible for a return or exchange. Contact us with your order details and a photo or video of the damage to initiate the process.

What if I received the wrong item?
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Email us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item, and we’ll send the correct item immediately.

How long does it take to get a replacement for a damaged item?
Replacements are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your claim. Shipping times will depend on your location.

Do I need to return the damaged or incorrect item?
In most cases, yes. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Be sure to include a photo or video of the item before shipping it back.
