What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Are all products eligible for returns?
Not all products are eligible for returns. Due to their size and high return shipping costs, the Dink Master & Dink Master Pro are non-returnable unless defective.

What condition does the item need to be in for a return?
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For paddles, they must have no scratches, dents, or visible wear.

Do you accept returns for sale or discounted items?
No, sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you charge restocking fees for returns?
Yes, some products have restocking fees.

  • Ninja Ball: $8 restocking fee
  • Mini-Court: $20 restocking fee
  • Paddles (SweetSpot Pro, Banger, Bullseye Trainer): $15 restocking fee

What is the restocking fee for specific items?

Why do you charge a restocking fee?
Restocking fees cover the cost of processing, inspection, and restocking returned items.

Can the restocking fee be waived?
Restocking fees are non-negotiable unless the item was defective upon arrival.

How will the restocking fee be deducted from my refund?
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before it is issued to your original payment method.
