What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item received. We’ll send the correct item as quickly as possible.

Can I keep the incorrect item and still get the right one?
In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the incorrect item. However, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Will I have to pay for shipping to return an incorrect item?
No, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for incorrect items.

How long will it take to get the correct item?
